Return Policy
In order to be eligible for a return of your purchased product please follow the below steps.
- Please make a video of the opening of the courier and product you received from Gouts and share it support WhatsApp number.
- For a successful return and refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return all the invoices, discount coupons, gift cards, etc.
- Our team will inspect the product and recorded video before approving/rejecting your return claim.
Once the claim is approved/rejected we will inform you of the email you have used during placing the order.
We will arrange the return pick.
