Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the same product which is displayed on the website. We keep the new and unused items in the stock. We do updated our stock timely.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your sale receipt inside your registered account. You can also view the same on order completion email.

How can I return an item?
To return your purchased item, please email your return request with a valid reason or you can call us on our customer care number. We will arrange a pickup.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
In case item is discontinued, we will not restock it. Otherwise yes.

Where can I ship my order?
In most cases, we will arrange the return pickup. In case your pin code is out of our service area, you will ship the return at your own expense.
